What is our return and exchange policy?

If you're not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you wish to return an item, contact us through our contact form. Returns made without prior arrangement will not be refunded. Once the item is back with us and inspected, the full amount will be refunded to you.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. International orders may take up to 8-14 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer shipping across the United States.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

As we try and get orders out as quickly as possible we can’t always guarantee we can amend an order. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise if postage has been made.  We understand that circumstances may change, but our commitment to quick processing means we're already working diligently to prepare your order for shipment as soon as it's received.

To avoid similar issues in the future, double-checkyour shipping address before finalizing your order. Ensure all details, including apartment numbers, street names, and postal/ZIP codes, are accurate, before finalizing payment. 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We're here to assist you in any way we can within the constraints of our rapid processing system. If the item(s) are not to your liking you can always return them within 30 days.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within 14 days?

We sincerely apologise for any delays in receiving your order. While our delivery times are typically within 7-14 business days, there may be rare instances when it takes a little longer. If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we’re happy to offer you a 20% discount on your purchase price. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
